To get the most from Sensible Guitar, use the supplemental material provided here online. If you have questions or need clarification, you'll probably find what you're looking for. You'll also find my personal recommendations about how to work on each page, and additional, related material. While the book Sensible Guitar presents lots of material (actually, it presents a curriculum for learning the guitar that is unsurpassed in it's content and organization), it does not offer much in the way of explanation. It's designed to be used in conjunction with this website, which provides detailed insight corresponding to each page in the book. Click on the "Supplemental Material" button, then the appropriate page number:

You may wish to visit the "getting started " section of this website. It offers info & advice that you may find helpful. (Even if you don't have a copy of Sensible Guitar.)

Please note that links to an on-line tuner and metronome are provided below. While all students are encouraged to have their own tuner and metronome (you shouldn't have to go to your computer for these things), they are here...so use these if necessary. Now there's no excuse for not practicing .
