Sensible Guitar is self-published by veteran guitar instructor Chris Cass, of Fairfield, CT (CCMusicPublishing.com). Mr. Cass attended Berklee College of Music (1985-89), and has been teaching guitar, as well as writing and performing, for more than 15 years. Under his musical direction, the Triple Threat Blues Band has been paying its dues before Connecticut audiences for two decades. Additionally, Mr. Cass serves as the assistant director at the Westport Music Center in Westport, CT, where he helps administrate their highly successful private instruction program. An earlier version of Sensible Guitar, called The Right Way to Play, impressed local guitar instructors. With Sensible Guitar, Mr. Cass is making an updated version available to all guitarists.
